Marine inspectionServiceCalibrationCertification
Marine inspection, service, calibration and certification — in one attendance.
Eight disciplines — FFA, LSA, bridge and navigation, radio and GMDSS, instrument calibration, electrical and electronic, survey support and lifting appliances — planned into a single port call, with the parts and consumables the work needs supplied alongside.

The problem
Three constraints decide whether a port call ends in a certificate or a deficiency.
Four to six vendors, one port call.
A superintendent coordinates FFA, LSA, navigation, radio and calibration specialists separately, in every port, against a stay that may be 12 hours.
The window does not move.
Certificates expire on fixed dates. A missed attendance is a deficiency, a detention, or an off-hire day.
Paperwork class will accept.
A service is only finished when the report and certificate survive scrutiny by class, flag and Port State Control.
Services
Eight disciplines, each delivered against a named instrument. One attendance can carry any combination.

Annual GMDSS radio survey, VHF/MF-HF/DSC, Inmarsat and Iridium, NAVTEX, battery capacity and antenna surveys.
Pressure, temperature, gas detection, tank gauging, loading computers, oil content meters, torque equipment.
Thermographic surveys, insulation resistance, switchboard and generator service, breaker and relay testing, UPS and battery capacity.

All engagements are subject to sanctions screening and applicable export-control law. Russian, Iranian, Syrian and Yemeni ports are deliberately absent from this index.
Parts & consumables supply
All parts, consumables and products required during a service can be supplied — which is what removes the second vendor from a port call.
Survey window planner
Enter what you hold. The planner draws each item's window against today and finds the combined window where one attendance clears several items. Nothing leaves your browser.

Standards & authorisations
Nine instruments govern this trade. What each one is, who grants it, exactly what it permits, the scope it governs, and the interval or trigger that brings it round.
Nine instruments decide whether work on your vessel is accepted. Four authorise who may carry it out, three govern how the firm is run, and two apply to the equipment itself rather than to us.
Approval documentation — flag authorisations, service supplier approvals and accreditation scopes — is provided on request with a quotation, and is verifiable on the granting authority’s own public register.
All 9 instruments are set out in full — what each is, who grants it, exactly what it permits, the scope it governs and the interval that brings it round — with the public register a buyer checks each one on.

Vessel name and IMO number, flag, port, ETA and ETD, and the scope you need. That is enough to quote and to plan an attendance on the first reply.
